Upon request, courts can receive written resource materials and/or personal assistance regarding any topics associated with child support enforcement courts from resolving issues of random judicial case assignment to identifying minimum standards for child support enforcement programs. The Specialized Docket Section is also available to assist courts in resolving legal issues and court procedural issues that arise in creating a child support enforcement court program.
