</item3><item44>The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. </item44><item5>Work closely with court staff members as a business analyst to gather and analyze requirements for new or updated processes and applications.  
 
Efficiently design, develop, implement, and maintain applications using current Microsoft development technologies, either individually or as part of a team.  
</item5><item12>Collaborate with a DBA as a data analyst to design and create database structures including tables, procedures, views and functions. 
 
Thoroughly test and document both applications and databases.  
</item12><item14>Deploy developed applications.  
 
Work closely with court staff members to train and support them in the use of developed applications.  

Work independently as the primary IT liaison to designated court offices.</item14><item6>Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related discipline. Previous experience with court case management systems is a plus, but is not required.   
 
Four years of experience required in an applications development discipline. (Preference given to experience with Microsoft development technologies.)
 
Advanced experience with report writing tools, relational database analysis, project management, requirements gathering/analysis or systems implementation. 
Requires the ability to perform extensive data analysis. 
 
Requires the ability to interact and effectively communicate with supervisor, co-workers, judges, justices, attorneys, and/or the public.   
 
Requires strong writing skills and the ability to construct, complete and concise sentences using proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
 
Requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Requires the ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness, and creativity in situations involving the evaluation of information.
