The court granted joint motions to remand two cases (Crown Castle GT Co. v. Testa and Northwest Local School Dist. Bd. of Edn. v. Hamilton Cty. Bd. of Revision) to the Board of Tax Appeals.

Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor released the judicial disqualification opinion, 14-AP-049. In re Disqualification of Coss, 2014-Ohio-3435 (decided July 9, 2014), which was previously issued as an entry in response to an affidavit of disqualification filed pursuant to R.C. 2701.03.
