The initial public commenter period on the proposed revisions to the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct ended May 1, 2008. The Task Force on the Code of Judicial Conduct is presently reviewing the comments received and will be submitting a final report to the Supreme Court of Ohio on or about July 1, 2008. Check this site for updates on the work of the Task Force and the Supreme Court’s consideration of the proposed Code revisions.
