Final Reports of the Board are filed with the Supreme Court pursuant to Gov. Bar R. VII, §7(G). Reports maintained herein serve as a record of the Board's decisions in matters brought on formal Complaint to the Board. Per Rule VII, final reports are considered the findings and recommendations of the Board to the Supreme Court. The reports are subject to the review of the Supreme Court and may be adopted in whole or part, remanded, or dismissed. When and wherever practicable, parties with matters before the Board should cite to the reported decision of the Supreme Court.
