2008-0390. Toledo Bar Assn. v. Weisberg, Slip Opinion No. 2010-Ohio-142.
On Certified Report by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, No. 07-077. Joseph D. Weisberg, Attorney Registration No. 0001441, is suspended from the practice of law in Ohio for two years, with no credit for time served under the interim suspension imposed on March 26, 2007, but with the suspension stayed on condition of a two-year monitored probation.
